Challenged the status quo with the development of Excel VBA macros thatautomated over 85% of an otherwise time-consuming task. This program wasdeveloped by working in conjunction with those who would eventually use it,leading to a process that would be implemented. Performed due diligence exercises on new clients, ensuring that all regulatoryand compliance standards were met, which required strong research andinterpersonal skills.

Working on a project to recalibrate the age intervals on the CanadianCommunity Health Survey. Using SAS, I will redefine the age interval of 65+ into smaller intervals to better represent the diverse aging population using various statistical methods. Go to my work term report.
